Overview
Triangle requires a small set of identity documents to register your connection. This is required by BTRC (Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission) for all internet service providers.
For Residential Connections
Residential applicants must provide:
- Valid National ID Card (NID) â front and back copy
- One recent passport-size photograph
- Proof of address (utility bill or rental agreement) â optional but recommended

Foreign nationals may substitute an NID with a valid passport copy.
For SME / Business Connections
Business applicants must additionally provide:
- Company Trade License copy
- NID of the authorized signatory
- Company letterhead request (for official invoicing)
Submitting Your Documents
You can submit scanned copies via email to info@triangle.com.bd or hand them to the engineer during installation. Physical originals are not retained â we keep scans only.
