Triangle's installation is handled by certified engineers and typically completed within 48 hours of application approval. This article explains what to expect and what you will need to pay.
Installation Steps
The installation process involves three main stages:
- 1Site survey — an engineer assesses cable routing from the distribution point to your premises.
- 2Cable run — fiber drop cable is routed along the building exterior or internal cable shaft to your unit.
- 3ONT installation — an Optical Network Terminal (ONT) is installed inside your home, connected to the fiber.
- 4Router configuration — your Wi-Fi router is connected to the ONT and configured with your credentials.
- 5Speed test — the engineer performs a final speed test to confirm your connection is live and at package speed.
Installation Fees
Installation charges vary by location and the length of cable required. Standard charges are:
- Standard installation (up to 30m cable run): as per local package promotion
- Extended runs (30m+): additional charges per meter apply
- High-rise buildings: additional labor charge may apply
- Some promotional packages include free installation — ask our team

Installation Timing
Standard installation is completed within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Expedited same-day installation is available on request for an additional fee (subject to engineer availability).
