What Happens If I Miss a Payment?

Grace Period

Triangle provides a short grace period after your due date before suspending service. The exact grace period depends on your package type — typically 3–5 days. You will receive SMS notifications before suspension.

Service Suspension

If payment is not received after the grace period, your internet service will be temporarily suspended. You will not be able to browse or stream, but your account remains active.

Service suspension does not cancel your account or affect your connection infrastructure. Your line remains in place and reconnection is fast.

Reconnection After Payment

  1. 1Make your payment via any available method.
  2. 2Send your payment reference/transaction ID to 09666-770444 or via WhatsApp.
  3. 3Your service will be restored within 1–4 hours of payment confirmation.
  4. 4In most cases, reconnection is automatic within 30–60 minutes of payment posting.
