How Billing Works
Triangle bills monthly, based on your connection activation date. If your connection was activated on the 15th of the month, your bill is due on the 15th of each subsequent month.
Bill Reminders
- SMS reminder sent 7 days before your due date
- Second reminder sent 3 days before due date
- Final reminder sent on the due date
- All reminders are sent to the mobile number registered to your account

Billing Cycle
Your billing cycle runs for exactly 30 days from your activation date. The bill covers the upcoming 30-day period (prepaid model). Paying on time ensures uninterrupted service.
- Bills are prepaid — you pay for the next 30 days of service
- Payments are accepted up to 7 days before the due date
- Early payment never affects your billing date — it stays the same each month
Package Changes and Pro-Rata Billing
If you upgrade your package mid-cycle, you are charged the prorated difference for the remaining days in the cycle. Downgrades take effect from the next billing date with no refund for the current cycle.
