Overview
You can change your Triangle internet package at any time. Upgrades (moving to a higher speed) can often be activated same-day. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
How to Request a Package Change
- 1Call our support line at 09666-770444 and identify yourself with your account number.
- 2Tell the agent which package you want to switch to.
- 3For upgrades: the agent confirms the new price and activates immediately.
- 4For downgrades: the change is scheduled for your next billing cycle.
- 5You receive an SMS confirming the change.
Upgrading Your Package
Upgrades are processed immediately or within a few hours. You only pay the prorated difference for the remaining days in your current billing cycle.

Upgrading mid-cycle? You only pay the difference for the remaining days, not the full month.
Downgrading Your Package
Downgrades take effect from the next billing date. You continue to enjoy your current speed for the remainder of the paid period.

You cannot downgrade to a package below the minimum for your connection type. For example, a fiber connection cannot be moved to a shared broadband package without a physical line change.
